Sydney Rides photo exhibition
Scenes and stories from people who ride.
Produced by the City of Sydney
A garden gallery of images showing the joy of riding a bike in Sydney.
The Paddington Reservoir exhibition features 30 photos revealing the diversity of people and places to ride in Sydney.
A panel of judges selected the 30 images from more than 300 entries in the Sydney Rides photo competition. An overall winner will be announced at Light the City on 21 September.
This event is part of Sydney Rides 2019 – a vibrant program of adventures, experiences and inspiration.

CRAFTASTIC KIDS: HALLOWEEN CRAFT
This month our craftastic kids activity is a little spooky! Create your own Mexican skull mask for Halloween and be ready for trick or treating!
For ages 6 to 10 years.
Bookings are not required, places are limited.

Learn to Skate Workshops
The skate workshops include all equipment and focuses on developing and improving skate skills as well as building confidence.
Participants will learn:
- The correct standing techniques
- The correct stopping techniques
- How to control the board
- How to make safe decisions while skateboarding
- Skatepark navigation and etiquette
- Some basic tricks and skateboard skills
Beginners’ Workshop: 10am – 11am (fully booked)
Female Focused Workshop: 11am – 12pm
Disability Workshop: 12pm – 1pm

Do you enjoy making, creating and using your imagination?
During this fun nature craft workshop we will be using a variety of natural and recycled materials to create a variety of art works.

Bring your children and share some garden and craft activities with them at the Bungarribee Community Garden. Drop in between 10.00 am and 11.30 am to explore the garden, plant some seeds or seedlings, discover garden critters and enjoy your time outdoors.

All bookings can be made online through Eventbrite. Please register yourself and your kids so we can confirm the numbers of participants.
Parents or carers must be in attendance to supervise and be responsible for their children at all times.
This is a free family friendly workshop and is for Blacktown residents only. Places are limited so booking is essential.
